[ yeah, in Pennsylvania I know they do because a guy was walking around obviously drunk at six PM and he got arrested for it, but I don't think they so it Maine so I'm not sure ]

The cop eyed the other man and groaned quietly. He quickly pulled out his breathalyzer and handed it to him. "Blow in it. Both of you."

After both of the men blew into the breathalyzer, he sighed and cuffed them both. "You're both coming with be," he said as he opened the back door for them.
