Piper entered the tavern, her wind-blown, blonde hair in her eyes. She flipped her hair and removed her leather jacket as she approached the bar. "One beer, please," she said after she sat down and pulled out her fake ID.

Quentin entered the tavern behind his surprisingly large group of friends. He suspected most of them just pitied him because of his lack of social skills, but hey, fake friends are better than none. Quentin stayed silent as he followed his 'friends' to the bar. Quentin ended up sitting beside a blonde girl who he figured was probably around his age. He wasn't planning on drinking so he remained quiet while his friends ordered and flashed fake IDs.

Quentin looked up when he heard the girl next to him speak. He looked around, actually looking for someone else she may have been talking to. Upon seeing no one, Quentin returned his gaze to the girl and shook his head. "No."

Quentin sighed and looked to his left, where his friends were obviously having a good time while blatantly ignoring him. To his right was this girl who was talking to him and offering to buy him a drink (which was good since he didn't have any money) even though he had never tasted an alcoholic beverage before in his life. Right now the girl was seeming like a better option. "Hey, um, actually I'm going to take you up on that offer," Quentin said to the girl, his cheeks heating up slightly.

Quentin took the beer from the girl and hesitantly took a sip. He had decided to try and act like he'd had beer before, but his grimace probably gave away that he hadn't.
